Aged Care Washer Extractor Upgrade
Two new commercial washer extractors supplied, installed and commissioned for an aged care laundry that was due for an upgrade.
Customer challenge
The existing laundry equipment had reached the end of its useful life and was no longer suited to the facility's daily linen volumes. The upgrade needed to deliver dependable capacity while keeping the laundry running for residents throughout the changeover.

The machines were connected, commissioned and function tested on site, and the laundry team were given hands-on training covering programs, loading and daily routines.

The laundry now has reliable, efficient wash capacity with consistent results. Staff picked up the new controls quickly, understand the machines well and absolutely love using them.
